About Teppanyaki 2 Go
Teppanyaki is a Japanese dish of meat or fish, fried with vegetables on a hot steel plate (teppan = iron plate, yaki = grilled). In a full-size restaurant, this often means that the chef grills the food in the center of the table, while the diners sit around the table watching. But at Teppanyaki 2 Go, it means that the chef grills the food and puts it into a carry-out container, for you to take back to your condo or to a park or to the beach to eat it.
The Teppanyaki 2 Go menu is short. You can order your teppanyaki dinner with fish, shrimp, scallops, steak, chicken, vegetarian, or a combo of any of those. It comes with white rice, or you can upgrade to fried rice. I find all of these dishes to be delicious.
