Sonz Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency in Kaʻanapali
Sonz is the fine-dining restaurant for dinner only at the Hyatt Regency Maui hotel on Kaanapali Beach. Phone 808-667-4506. In 2014 they changed their name to Sonz Steakhouse and the menu changed to more steaks and fewer non-steak items than the 2013 menu shown below.
Sonz is located in Swan Court, the beautiful restaurant on the lower level, where the Hyatt also serves buffet breakfast every morning. Sonz is owned and run by the company that runs Sarento’s on the Beach in Kihei and Nick’s Fishmarket in Wailea. The Swan Court location at the Hyatt provides Sonz with very high ceilings and tall doors that open onto a pond and waterfall, with black and white swans swimming nearby. The ocean is visible beyond the pond.
