Pint and Cork is a small restaurant and bar in the Shops at Wailea shopping center, at 3750 Wailea Alanui Drive. Phone 808-727-2038.
Although the name Pint and Cork emphasizes the bar atmosphere of this restaurant, I go there for the food, which is very good. There are salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and “Specialties” (entrees). But my favorite item is the delicious Mac & Cheese, which comes with four cheeses and your choice of adding bacon, jalapeno, black truffles, or “the kitchen sink.”
There are only about a dozen tables, some with stools, some with regular chairs, and some high-tops. The remaining approximately 25 other seats are at the bar. All are indoors. Pint and Cork is located on the main level (not the lower level) near the mountain end (not the ocean end) of this shopping center.
