About Paia Inn Cafe
In 2019 this restaurant was rebranded as Vana. I have not tried it since that change. All of the information on this page is about the former Paia Inn Cafe and I do not know what changes have been made since this restaurant changed to Vana. Vana is open for brunch 8 AM t0 2 PM, and for dinner Wednesdays to Sundays from 5 to 10 PM, but check their website for changes.
This is literally a hidden gem. You’ll never find the Paia Inn Cafe by just wandering the streets of Paia. You have to know it’s there, and walk through or around the little Paia Inn to get to this restaurant. Paia Inn is on the beachside of Hana Highway, near the center of Paia. Paia is a small hippie and tourist town that you have to pass through on your way out of the populated north-central valley, as you head toward the Road to Hana. This restaurant is in the back (beachside) of the Paia Inn, in a beautiful small courtyard.
Paia Inn Cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch. The food is fabulous, both delicious and beautifully presented. The menu is the same for all the hours they are open, 8 AM to 1 PM. There are only five “starters,” six breakfast entrees, and four lunch sandwiches and salads, plus a few ala carte items.
