About Marco’s Grill & Deli
Marco DeFanis started this restaurant in 1993, after he came to Maui from Philadelphia on vacation, then came back to stay. Marco’s is open 7 days a week, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The long menu includes many kinds of salads, sandwiches, pasta, and meat and fish entrees. Many items are homemade.
