Like Poke Food Truck Restaurant Kahului
Like Poke is a food truck that is usually parked in a lot at 591 Haleakala Highway, just past the Costco gas station, in Kahului. Phone 808-757-8402.
Poke is raw fish cubes in a tasty marinade sauce. This large lunch wagon truck sells a very limited menu of poke as well as fish katsu (cooked). Their usual location (see above) was arranged by the owner, Danny, for this truck and a few other food trucks, where they set up a few picnic tables with a tent covering over them, so it’s more convenient to eat here than at some other food trucks that have no tables or shade near them.
As of August 4th, 2021, Chef Danny has increased the prices slightly. Still a good value.

with onions and watercress
Katsu
Fish panko breaded and fried
served with secret sauce
Plates of the above come with rice and greens.
Combo plates have both poke and katsu.
