About Kalama’s Food Truck
Kalama’s Local Grinds has many more choices on its menu than most other food trucks. They’ve got steaks, chicken, salads, garlic fried noodles, fish, shrimp, tacos, and desserts. Plus they have a full breakfast menu, since they are open weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM, unlike many food trucks that are only open for lunch. This truck is owned and run by Leslie and Rick Kalama and their daughter Kauakea.
One of the best meals I have ever had from a food truck is Kalama’s panko crusted furikake fish topped with shrimp. It has a delicious aioli on the fish, and it comes with rice and mac salad.
