About Grandma’s Coffee House
Four generations of one family have been making organic coffee on Maui since 1916. They grow the coffee on the slopes of Haleakala, pick the beans by hand, dry them in the Hawaiian sun, and roast them right here at Grandma’s Coffee House. Their bright green old-fashioned wooden restaurant is known for the coffee and the cinnamon rolls. But you have to show up early before they run out of cinnamon rolls. They also have other good desserts baked fresh daily here, plus a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. There are daily breakfast and lunch specials, plus dinner Wednesdays through Saturdays. There’s a deli case and bakery case for take-outs.
