Edge Maui is an excellent new food truck in Lahaina. It is in front of the Island Grocery store, just off of Keawe (the north entrance-exit road of the Lahaina Bypass).

About Edge Maui Food Truck
The Edge food truck has a menu that varies from day to day. There is generally at least one fish, a chicken dish, shrimp, beef, and pork choices. The preparations include blackened, panko-crusted, katsu, fried, miso-glazed, scampi, and salads. I have tried several preparations and each one has been delicious. You can get any of these with sides of salad, rice, or macaroni salad.
Edge is open from 11 to 5 every day, except closed on Wednesdays and Fridays. Hours and days can change, so check their Facebook page or call them if you want to verify before you go. The owners are two brothers, Micah and Reno, and they provide great friendly service.
