Since the fires, it’s important to use the Satellite view. It’s hard to know which areas are open for business or burned without looking at it closely. In our experience, it’s best to stay completely out of Lahaina, with the exception of Lahaina Gateway, which was not physically affected by the fires and still 100% open for shopping, restaurants, groceries, gym, bank, and other services.
Use the navigation buttons on the lower right corner of the Lahaina map, to zoom in or out. Click and drag with your mouse to move the map around. Use the button in the lower-left corner of the map to switch between Map View and Satellite View.
