About Island Art Party
Even if you are like me and can’t even draw a stick figure, or haven’t drawn anything since elementary school, you can create an original painting at Island Art Party. In a fun relaxed atmosphere, they have a small class in which they teach everyone exactly how to paint a specific Maui-themed scene. You can choose which scene you want to paint by choosing which day you come to the party. On any given day, everyone in the class paints the same scene, with different scenes available on different days. The event lasts 2 to 3 hours. They provide the canvas, brushes, and acrylic paints. Popcorn is free and sodas, wine, and other drinks are available for purchase.
I wouldn’t call this a Maui painting class or art class, but you will end up with a good painting that you created yourself. Kids (8 and up) and adults all have fun at this activity. Daytime or evening sessions are available. It’s indoors, so you can even do it on a rainy day on Maui.
