This is a single 2-story building containing 50 condos, each with one or two bedrooms. Most units have partial air conditioning (living room only). A large fenced tennis court is in front of the building. It’s across the street from the ocean, where Cove Park has a rocky shoreline adjacent to a small beach that is popular with stand-up paddleboarders. A little farther south is Kamaole 1 Beach Park. There is no on-site rental office, and many of the vacation rentals are directly from individual condo owners.
