About One Napili Way
This complex was originally built as condos in the 1990’s, so is not as old as most other condos in the area. It’s now “vacation ownership” which is a code word for timeshares. The two-story buildings contain just 14 units, each with one or two or three bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub. There’s a pool with a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and many flowers and trees on the property. Not air-conditioned. It’s not on the ocean and does not have a view, but is only a 5-minute walk from a large beautiful beach.
I am not a fan of timeshares, so I do not recommend buying one here or elsewhere. But these units are available for vacation rentals without needing to buy. Or for reviews and photos of other condos on this side of Maui see West Maui condos.
