About Lauloa
There are 47 condos in one four-story building. Eight of them have three bedrooms each, while all the others have two bedrooms each. All have two bathrooms. Unlike in most other condo buildings, here every condo has a straight-on full ocean view, usually from both the living room and the master bedroom. The living area and master bedroom are separated by a sliding screen, not a real wall. Some units are air-conditioned and others are not. There is a washer and dryer in each unit. The building is right on the ocean, but the shoreline is just a rock wall, not a beach. It is a long walk or a short drive to get to a sandy beach. You’ll also have a 15-30 minute drive to get to the shops and restaurants of the main tourist parts of Maui in Kihei or Lahaina.
