The Condos
This condo complex has 118 units in seven two-story buildings. All units are “studios” meaning the bedroom and living room are both together in one room, not in separate rooms. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, laundry area, tennis court, and barbecues. The condos are across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo Park. The land is flat here, so there is no hill to climb, but this also means that there is little or no view of the ocean. There is no rental office on the property.
Prices are low here, especially in the off-season (spring and fall). And the condos have air conditioning, which you often cannot get at this price.
