Kaʻanapali Royal has 105 large 2-bedroom condos in fifteen 3-story buildings. Built in 1980. The units are air-conditioned. There is a pool, but no shops or restaurants. There is no on-site rental agent. The buildings overlook the golf course, with the high-rise hotels and condos of Kaʻanapali Beach in the distance, so it is possible to walk from the condos to the shops and resorts of Kaʻanapali Beach.
