About Hale Mahina
Hale Mahina has 52 condo units in two 4-story buildings, built in 1981. (There is a third smaller building with no rental units.) The first three floors have 1-bedroom units and the 4th floor has 2-bedroom units. Each unit has a washer and dryer, and a kitchen. There is no air conditioning.
The building has no front desk, no on-site rental agent, and most vacation rentals are through individual owners on VRBO. It is on a small sandy beach, though the adjacent properties north and south of it have rocky shorelines. There is a small pool on the grounds. Hale Mahina means “House of the Moon.”
