Glow Putt Lahaina
Lahaina Center Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf
Glow-Putt in Lahaina, Maui CLOSED in April of 2013. It was a fun activity for the kids, and for the whole family. It was in the Lahaina Center, at 900 Front Street, behind the Hard Rock Cafe (a shopping center changed to an outlet mall in 2013).
Glow Putt is indoor miniature golf. The air-conditioned room had very dim light, and each part of the 18-hole golf course was outlined by brightly colored bars that glow in the dark. The balls also glowed. There was a jungle safari motif to the decorations. This was one of the Maui activities that could be done on a rainy day or any time the kids need something other than another day at the beach. The owner, Jim Bertoncino, who built this place in 2004, was often at the front desk. This used to be open 11 AM to 10 PM every day until it closed in 2013. Validated free parking.
