Geste Shrimp is a food truck that is usually parked on Kahului Beach Road, a couple of blocks from Kaahumanu Avenue, near the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, in Kahului. Phone 808-298-7109.
This is one of Maui’s most famous food trucks. They only serve shrimp and hot dogs, plus side dishes. All of their shrimp is served in the shell, so I find it difficult and messy to eat. But their sauces are tasty.
