About Hale Kai O Kihei

Unlike most condos in Kihei, this one is not on the main road (South Kihei Road) but is instead on a small quiet side street between that main street and the ocean. And unlike many Kihei condos, this one is on a beach, not across the street from a beach. It’s about a 120-foot walk across a grassy field from the building to the long narrow beach. There are 59 units (one or two bedrooms each) in one three-story building. All are air-conditioned.

Every unit has an ocean-facing lanai (balcony). On the property are a pool, shuffleboard, putting green, barbecues, and a laundry room. The only disadvantage of this location is that it is not within walking distance of most Kihei shopping and restaurants. There is no on-site rental office. Most vacation rentals are handled by either Condominium Rentals of Hawaii or AA Oceanfront Condo Rentals.
